SMALL START. USEFUL RESULT.

One workflow.
A proper implementation.

You get more than a prompt: a working routine, the business context behind it, and the confidence to use it.

01 / DISCOVER

Choose the right work.

Map the task, its volume and its sources. Agree the result, review owner and a fixed scope with a project quote.

Output: a clear first project
02 / CONNECT

Make it yours.

Connect supported tools in your own accounts. Organize approved facts, examples and the rules the workflow follows.

Output: your working context
03 / TEST

Put it through real cases.

Test everyday work, missing information and exceptions. Refine the routine before enabling a schedule.

Output: a verified pilot
04 / HAND OFF

Make it part of the day.

Train your team, provide an operating guide and check the first scheduled run. Measure the result before expanding.

Output: a routine you can run
A focused first engagement

Start with one workflow and a named operator. We confirm tool compatibility, access, deliverables and pricing before work begins. Software and ongoing support are separate.

MADE FOR HANDS-ON TEAMS

You run the business.
And a lot of the work.

If sales, service and administration compete for your attention, there is usually a useful place to start.

01

Inquiries, estimates and customer follow-through

02

Contractors & property teams

Project research, requirements and service requests

03

Account preparation, documents and meetings

04

Sales & operations teams

MAKE THE CASE WITH YOUR NUMBERS

What could a better
routine give back?

Explore the value of reclaimed time using your own assumptions.

Your workflow

Use the total team minutes per task to avoid counting the same work twice.

Illustrative defaults, not measured results or software quotes.

Your scenario

Estimated time value after recurring costs

$572 / month
14.4hours recovered each month
173hours recovered each year

Uses 52 weeks ÷ 12 months. Excludes setup fees and taxes. This estimates the value of available time, not cash savings or new revenue.

Include review, correction and maintenance time in your inputs. A pilot measures whether the assumptions hold.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Know what
you’re getting.

Clear scope, client-owned accounts and practical training are part of the approach from day one.

Can the workflow actually send outbound emails?

Yes, when the connected tools support it and you have approved the sending rules. We set the target criteria, exclusions, verified-contact requirements and business hours. Before a follow-up, the workflow checks the account history for a response or a reason to stop. Activity is recorded after a confirmed send.

How is the work priced?

After discovery, you receive a defined scope and a fixed project quote. We begin with one workflow and confirm the apps and access it requires. Software subscriptions, additional workflows and continuing support are priced separately.

Will I need a technical team?

The first implementation includes guided setup, testing and an operating guide. You still own the business rules and decide who handles exceptions. If a workflow needs custom engineering or an unsupported integration, we identify that before agreeing the scope.

Can it run every morning?

Where the selected platform supports scheduling, yes. We test the workflow manually before enabling its schedule and check its first run. Local workflows may need the computer and application running; cloud workflows depend on the platform and available connections.

How will we know whether it is useful?

We record a baseline, then measure time after review and corrections, completed work and the issues still requiring a person. Forecasts use explicit assumptions. More capacity is not automatically cash savings or additional revenue.

Who owns the accounts and information?

You own the accounts and approve access. Your profile, approved business facts, workflow rules and handoff guide stay in your workspace. Each client is kept separate, and no employer or other client’s private information is used to build your implementation.
